Ilinca’s practice focuses on employment and criminal law.

 In the labour law field, Ilinca represents both employers and employees, her expertise including assisting companies with redundancies, managing conflicts between employers, workers and trade unions, conducting disciplinary hearings, maintaining the clients relationship with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate.

 Ilinca has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2018 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2018.
