Radu has over fifteen years of experience in providing legal assistance and representation in complex cases, both civil and commercial, in front of all the Romanian Courts of Law and Arbitral Institutions.
He successfully represents and assists domestic and foreign clients before the Romanian courts of law and arbitral institutions in disputes pertaining to commercial, civil, competition, corporate, administrative claims and bankruptcy proceedings. He is also an experienced attorney in contract negotiations.
